Bikaneri Bhujiya

Bikaneri Bhujiya isn’t just a namkeen, it’s a craft that originated in the royal kitchens of Bikaner and travelled across India through generations of namkeen makers. Ours is made the traditional way — moth dal flour blended with a precise mix of spices, pressed through fine sieves directly into hot oil, and fried until each strand turns delicately crisp.

What sets authentic bhujiya apart is the thinness of the strands and the balance of spice — not overpowering, just enough to make it impossible to stop at one handful. We fry it in small batches to keep it consistently fresh and crunchy, exactly the way it’s been made in Bikaner for over a century.

Great on its own, with a cup of chai, or mixed into a quick chaat.
