Kesar Rabdi

A more festive take on our classic rabdi, finished with real saffron strands steeped directly into the reducing milk. The saffron lends the rabdi its warm golden colour and a fragrance that fills the room the moment the container is opened.

Every other step stays true to tradition — hours of slow reduction, hand-folded cream, a light touch of sugar, and a garnish of chopped pistachios. This is the rabdi we make for celebrations, and the one our regulars order first when there’s something to mark.
